1:1 NUTRITION COUNSELING
nutrition that finally fits your life
Hi, I'm Laney — a Registered Dietitian here to help make food and nutrition feel more manageable and less overwhelming. I provide 1:1 nutrition counseling through Nourish, a telehealth platform that manages insurance billing and coverage with major providers.
Together, we'll create an approach to eating that fits your goals, preferences, and everyday life, with practical, judgment-free support and guidance along the way.
My Areas of Focus
While these are some of the areas I work with most often, every person is different. If you're not sure whether we'd be a good fit, I'd be happy to discuss your goals further.
-
Got a recommendation to "eat healthier" but aren't quite sure what that actually looks like? Whether you're managing high cholesterol, high blood pressure, or heart disease, I'll help you turn nutrition advice into practical changes that fit your life.
-
Whether you're exhausted by food guilt, rigid rules, or feeling stuck in an all-or-nothing mindset, we'll work toward a calmer, more trusting relationship with food.
-
Nutrition plays an important role in supporting strength, energy, and overall well-being as we age. Together, we'll focus on realistic habits that help you feel your best now and support long-term health.
-
Looking to improve your overall health or establish more consistent habits? We'll cut through the confusion and focus on small, sustainable changes that fit your everyday life.
my approach to care
I aim to be a trusted, steady source of support as you build confidence around food and your health.
From our very first session, my focus is on understanding your goals, exploring the barriers in your way, and honoring how you want to approach this process.
Together, we’ll set meaningful goals that fit your lifestyle and adjust them as life changes—because it will. My approach is thoughtful and individualized, because nutrition is never one-size-fits-all.
If you're looking for a dietitian who's supportive, approachable, and focused on what works for you, you're in the right place. I can't wait to meet you.
your first session
Our first session is all about you. I’ll take time to really understand your story—your medical history and how it connects to nutrition, your relationship with food, your current habits, and your goals, along with the barriers you're already running into. We’ll also talk about how you’d like to work together and what feels most supportive for you.
From there, we’ll start building an approach that actually fits your lifestyle, preferences, and values—flexible and adjusted as your life changes. You’ll also have space to ask questions and explore topics in more depth as we work together.
This is a supportive, judgment-free space where you’ll be met exactly where you are. My goal is for you to leave feeling more understood, more confident, and more supported than when you came in—ready to build habits that actually fit your life.
